Anaheim is the tenth largest city of California situated about thirty miles to the east of Los Angeles. The popularity of the city is because the Disneyland Resort and Disney’s California Adventure is situated here. In 1950 Walt Disney thought of building a theme park in the huge acre of land containing orange groves. In 2001 Disneyland California Adventure was inaugurated and tourist population is increasing since then in Anaheim California. The City theme park has 18 stores, 27 restaurants and Soarin over California, the flight simulator which is adventurous to the visitors. They have water rides and ferry wheel.

When the Adventure theme park was opened visitors to Anaheim came in huge numbers to enjoy the games and rides which had the theme of California cities and attractions like Grizzly River Run, Mulholland Madness and California Screamin. The tourists planned their Disney holiday with a visit to this 55 acre park which is just next to Disneyland.

Millions of tourists visit Anaheim every year.
